These General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.

The ADELARTGALLERY website presents numerous artistic works free of censorship. All Users have an independent responsibility for what content they and their family members or other users access.

The contact form that the User may fill in if they wish so, expressing their wish to make a contact, shall be considered in these General Terms and Conditions as the User's acceptance and agreement to these General Terms and Conditions, and the Operator may therefore process the User's personal data entered in the form: first name, surname, residential address, city, e-mail address, telephone number, company name and company tax number.

The Operator shall processes the data in person and automatically for the purpose of direct promotion activities of ADELARTGALLERY.

All paintings on the ADELARTGALLERY website are executed by hand by the artist and have a personalised artistic approach. The quality of the painting depends on the age of the painting, and the drawing technique.
